The email will introduce you to the demo and some to of the different actions that will take place during the demo. The idea is to demonstrate what the system can do as it is taking those actions.

Since this is an educational demo, one section explains the what the system can do and the other section explains what the demo will do.
A White Section At The Top.
The white section, like above, will focus on the features of the system.
A Blue Section At The Bottom.
The blue section (yes, this one) describes what is taking place in the demo, typically what will happen next.
When?
The demo will start after 8:00 AM, when you will receive an email. You will be introduced to "Arema", who will be taking over the rest of the demo, unless I am assigned to do something.
